Our Commitment
We take great care in crafting and packing every order. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will make it right.
Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition.
- To initiate a return, email us at info@earthycraft.com with your order number and photos of the item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include photos of the damage or incorrect item.
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
- After 12 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as orders may already be in production.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Cash on Delivery Orders
- If you refuse a COD delivery without a valid reason (damaged item, wrong product), future COD orders may be restricted.
- For legitimate issues with COD orders, contact us and we will arrange a resolution.
